Cosy flat next to the Alameda de Hércules, one of the liveliest areas of the historic centre of Seville, a large square full of restaurants, bars and local atmosphere. The flat is located in a typical Sevillian building, with a large courtyard in the centre, it is absolutely quiet and peaceful. The building has a sunny terrace with tables and chairs shared with other guests. Ideal to visit the main points of interest and feel the local life up close. The space The flat is very bright and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Seville. It has a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV. Central air conditioning and heating for the whole flat. Guests can also relax in the living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fridge...). There is also a washing machine and hairdryer. Guests will also have access to the building's terrace, shared with other guests. The flat is located on the first floor with lift and there is a public paid parking in the same building. The apartment has a crib available, as well as an additional mattress for it which you can use, as well as a highchair. Guest access A really singular apartment, which is located in a typical Sevillian patio surrounded by abundant Sevillian plants and pots. You can also enjoy the terrace of Corral de los Chicharos, located on the last floor of the building and enjoy its wonderful breakfast and views. Other things to note Access to the apartment can be made after 16:00, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the departure time at 11:00 can be extended with possible additional cost, provided it is compatible with subsequent reservations.
