Description
Heated cabin includes a sleep loft with a double bed, toaster oven, kettle. Inside the house are 4 shared bathrooms (one has a steam shower) a veggie kitchen, and roof deck. We are an eco-friendly 10-person community house on a quiet street close to the subway. The space Private heated cabin behind a brick home in one of Toronto hippest neighbourhoods. Inside this treetop hideaway is a cosy living space with a sleeping loft above. This light and airy space is perfect for travellers or couples looking for a quiet retreat. A full bathroom is just inside the house, accessible from the back door. We provide slippers and bathrobes for your use. Note: The bathroom is shared but if it happens to be full, there are three others washrooms available. There a good quality double mattress in the sleep loft. We can set up an additional bed on the main level if you have a third person (or two people that wish to sleep separately). There are two pillows per person, one of which is memory foam. Inside the cabin there is a toaster oven, a kettle, aeropress coffee machine, coffee grinder, filtered water, choice of teas, dishes and cutting board. Guest access Access to shared house spaces, including: - Fully equipped vegetarian kitchen including a vitamix & gas stove - Three bathrooms and laundry - Backyard garden - Infrared sauna (currently unavailable) - Steam shower - Front porch - Roof top deck with a beautiful view of Toronto - Our yoga room - High-speed internet (wifi) in the cabin. Note: We have guest bicycles to lend. Other things to note We provide soft 100% cotton sheets dried on a clothesline. You are welcome to join us for shared meals. Typically we make a breakfast and late lunch Monday to Saturday. You can donate $5 per day for that or help a bit with cooking and/or cleaning up. We often have work-exchange guests living in the house that speak other languages such as French, Italian or German.
