We're renting out our house for football weekends. Located just behind Beechwood Shopping center and only 2.5 miles to UGA campus! There's plenty of off street parking in back of the house. Just across the street is TJ Maxx, REI, Fresh Market & plenty of restaurants including Chic-Fil-A, First Watch, Your Pie and La Parrilla! We have 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Two full bathrooms. It's a quiet neighborhood despite being close to so much! Part of the large backyard is fenced. The space Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Guests are welcomed to put items in the fridge and use the microwave, stove, etc. There's coffee, cream provided. There is a primary bedroom with a connected bath with a walk in shower, then 2 other bedrooms that share a full bath with tub and shower. Plenty of clean newer towels and linens. Guest access Lockbox at the front door gets you inside. Then, we'll provide you with a garage door opener to access the house out back where you park. It's super easy and close to get in and out. Only 3 steps up to get inside the house. Other things to note 1. No smoking. 2. Pets are not permitted unless approved by host prior to booking. 3. No one under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. 4. No parties.
