Guest access • The building offers a 24-hour reception, easy check-in and check-out, and one parking space per apartment. To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed. Other things to note • Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee. • Pets are not allowed in the accommodation; • There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to replace any of these items, this can be requested in advance for an additional fee. • Cleaning included is performed only at check-out. If extra cleaning is desired during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement). • Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation. • Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay. • The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation period.
