Cottage & Annex with BBQ, Projector Room, Fire Pit

17th century cottage with exposed beams, inglenook fireplace, projector room with PS5, quarter acre garden, bbq, fire pit, separate self-contained garden studio/annex. Modern kitchens and bathrooms. Located just outside a small village with farmland all around. Sorry but due to the conservation status of the property we can only accept reservations from guests who have recent reviews. Thank you for your understanding! The space Upstairs in the cottage there is a master bedroom with king and single beds, and a separate similarly sized room with bean bags, projector, playstation, guitar, mic etc. The single bed can be moved easily into the projector room if desired. Downstairs in the cottage there is a living room with massive inglenook fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with huge bath. There is also another bedroom downstairs with king bed and garden views. Throughout the cottage the original features have been preserved: exposed elm beams, lime and plaster walls, antique pine floors. The exceptions being the kitchen and bathroom which are modern. Please note that there are no TVs on the property, apart from the projector which can show Netflix, 4OD etc and play from a selection of Blu-rays/DVDs provided. The annex is a compact studio-style accommodation with double bed in a large cabin bed area up a ladder. The main area of the annex has a kitchen and slate wet room with shower. Guest access The driveway has room for a couple of cars. You will have free reign over the whole property. Other things to note UPDATE MAY 2023: Over winter we undertook a massive landscaping project on the property. The spring growth is coming through now and looking really amazing with many different plants and flowers coming through. There are, however, a couple of small parts of the garden that aren't completed yet. I have updated all the photos and added notes, please look through them all carefully before booking!
