The space You'll love the privacy and natural light that flows throughout the interiors and the balconies available on each floor. Enjoy a house with brand new furniture and all the facilities for you to feel at home. BEDROOM: The 3 bedrooms have 1 queen-sized beds each while the 4th bedroom has a double-sized bed. All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: All 3 bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - dishwasher - hot water kettle - toaster - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: A dedicated parking space is available for you. If you need more than 1 parking space during your stay, note that there is no visitor parking but there's a street parking around the complex. Please ensure to read the parking meters. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
