We are also on a well, so the water does smell of sulfa. There is hydronic floor heat, cable television, wifi, a laundry room/bathroom, AC unit and a few kitchen amenities. Guests have a private entrance with the keypad. Guests must be able to adjust and climb ladder safely into loft bed. Two friendly large dogs on property The space Kitchen consists of basic amenities including a coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, toaster, waffle iron, egg cooker, mini fridge and a sink. Stocked with plates, bowels, mugs, glasses, cutting board, knives and utensils. Loft beds will be made. Extra bedding and pillows are located in the ottoman. Use ladder at your own risk.
