The door leads to a shared 2000 sq ft patio and secluded fully fenced back yard. Expect grass and flowers in summer, up to 10' of backyard snow in winter. High speed wifi and smart TV. Home is at the top of a steep hill that is periodically snowy and treacherous in winter. Pets allowed with prior notice. Guest access The keypad entrance to your apartment is to the right of the driveway, next to the garage, and through the shared laundry. Other things to note One dog is encouraged, but please ask before booking, to insure that I have the accommodations you need. No cats or rabbits. Please, no smoking in the unit or on the property, to insure that future guests have a clean space. Please ask if you have more than one car, or if you expect frequent guests driving to your apartment. My parking is limited. Please, no trailers or campers.
