It might look plain on the outside but this is a luxurious place to stay, perfect for couples and friends who love the sea, walking and unwinding in nature, yet still fancy a stroll to the pub. A newly renovated barn, in the picturesque village of Reynoldston, close to sandy beaches, woods and hills - prefect for long hikes. It's central yet tucked away. Secure off-road parking, electric gates, peaceful. Please note we do have sheepdogs here, please don't book if you are bothered by dogs. The space Don't be put off by it's plain exterior! The apartment was originally a cow shed and with our home, The Coach House, was once part of the Morgan family home, Ty Bryn. It has been completely renovated back to the walls to provide a light, open plan lounge and kitchen with a downstairs bathroom, complete with shower. It is studio accommodation, although we do have a modern kitchen with oven, it is not fully equipped but we can provide any extras you may need. An open staircase leads to the second floor. The large bedroom has velux windows, original beams (quite low in areas if you are tall!) and a king size bed. Freshly laundered bed linen and bath towels will be provided for guests. Please bring your own beach towels if these are required. We provide a welcome pack of a small loaf of bread, a pint of milk and a dish of butte, plus jam. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil is also provided. There is no enclosed garden. There's a small bistro table and two chairs outside. Please be advised no smoking or dogs. The apartment is cosy yet large and perfect for walking breaks or time away with a friend, especially if you don't want to cook! We are located at the foot of Cefn Bryn which is perfect for hiking and exploring and 5 mins from Mill Wood. The award-winning beaches of Oxwich, Three Cliffs, Llangennith and Rhossili are close by as are some lovely country pubs with wonderful restaurants. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment and secure off-road parking, behind electric gates. Other things to note Please note we have sheepdogs at home, and in the yard, if you don't like dogs or being woken up at 7.30 am, it is not the place for you but if you are an early riser and country person then it is perfect.
