A pleasant and spacious room of about 30 square meters located in a recently renovated former stone farmhouse, facing southwest with wonderful views of Lake Maggiore. It has 1 double bed in a niche, a double sofa bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a small equipped kitchen. The space The room is on the ground floor of the owner's house, a stone farmhouse whose original nucleus dates back to the 1700s, renovated very recently while respecting the spirit of the building. It is equipped with central heating, a private bathroom with a washing machine, a fireplace (wood on request), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a TV, an equipped kitchenette, a small private garden with a table and chairs, and a parking space. Ideal for a couple, it can accommodate 1 or 2 children* (equipment available on request: cot, high chair, stroller, etc.) or 3 adults*. Everyone is welcome, all diversity is welcomed and respected, however some physical barriers present may make the stay less comfortable for those with some motor difficulties. Let me know what you need and I will try as much as possible to adapt the house to your needs. Guest access The equipped garden in front of the apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note The tourist tax established by the municipality of Luino (€1/day/adult over 14 years) is due on site and in cash. For short stays (up to 3 days) the cost of cleaning is 50 euros.
