The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft. The space I love this place as it offers a lot of space for up to 4 guests. The apartment is very modern and offers beautiful natural light due to all the windows in every room. A quick tour... The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - stove and oven, dish washer, refrigerator with freezer compartments, coffee maker for ground coffee or whole beans, mixer, etc. The living and dining room offers a lot of possibilities to hang out and relax - especially in the chair attached to the beam which presents cool views with every turn. From the cozy couch you can watch the nature through the open window front, watch tv or check out the cook. ;-) The smartTV is equipped with everything else that might be missing, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+. I also recently added a PlayStation 3 with 4 controllers and various games for you to try. The guest bedroom can be used for the additional 2 guests as well as chill-out lounge or work space. The desk offers sit or stand options, which can be electrically switched - the ergonomic stool can be adjusted to your needs. The queen size air mattress bed can also be adjusted for your desired firmness of the mattress. The master bedroom is not only equipped with a spacious king size bed but also offers area for your clothing and other things you brought. As an extra, I added a sanity area with seating and a mirror. In addition you can access the balcony which will present you another breathtaking view of the valley (check it out at different hours). Last but not least - the bathroom. It offers a good sized tub, a rainforest shower and a wash dryer in case you need to get something cleaned. Guest access With the loft comes free parking in a garage but also free parking on the street (within assigned spots). Getting around in this area is easy by either foot, car or bus. If you should travel with 2 cars, please make sure to park the 2nd car on the main street as parking on the street of the loft is limited. Other things to note Latest UPDATEs: - New heating system installed in April 2025 to ensure hot showers and baths! 🛁 🚿 - New bed for the master bedroom added in October 2024! 🛌 - Added Black-out blinds in the guest bed room/office - Dyson HP02 Ventilator + smaller ventilators that can also run through the night. Earlier Updates: 2023: - For all that would still like to have a little Christmas vibe during your stay, please see the last three pictures - I have added a little Christmas decoration in the living/dining room. 2022 - 20“ monitor added to the working station - NUKI Smart Lock System (This allows access to the apartment only with specific timed access codes or entry through the App) - Dyson vacuum that also allows guests to clean things quickly if they feel it is required (don’t worry, you will still get a sparkling clean apartment when you start your stay ;-)) - PlayStation 3 („fat lady“) with 4 controllers and various games. - Homematic IP smart controls added to the heaters (so let me know if you have preferences in temperatures for specific rooms). The general setting offers a warm bathroom every morning to start the day right! At this point I regret that I cannot offer the fire place as well as the garden area as these are not ready yet. Please let me know if anything should have been broken during the stay so I can get on it and fix it for the next guest.
