Once the gate is crossed, a numbered parking lot under video surveillance is available. Parking space no. 7 is attached to the accommodation for the duration of the stay. Access to the accommodation is via a connected lock that is very easy to use. Other things to note No smoking! A penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for any smell of tobacco in the accommodation. We remind you that the accommodation is strictly non-smoking, even at the window. We will still have no tolerance for this. We do our best to offer the best possible apartment to all our guests. Out of respect for them, please respect this simple rule. A smoking area is provided outside the building with a wall ashtray available, please go there for your cigarette break. This is a direct debit authorization, without actual debit: no amount is deducted, except in the event of damage found. ⚠️ Important: For the imprint to be validated, the bank account used must have a sufficient balance (minimum €300). Otherwise, the imprint is automatically refused by the bank, and access to the accommodation cannot be unlocked. The imprint is automatically canceled after the stay if no incident has been reported. There is an expiration period of 5 to 7 days depending on the banks. 🚪 The activation of the access code to the room door is subject to the validation of this bank imprint. Without this step, access to the accommodation cannot be granted, as the access code to the door will not be operational. It will be settled only upon validation of the security deposit. 📌 Cancellation policy and transparency All information regarding the security deposit (bank imprint), application criteria and terms of access to the accommodation are clearly stated in our listing, in accordance with our professional host status and with Airbnb's authorization. Therefore, except in exceptional cases covered by Airbnb's policy, a cancellation request related to this procedure will not be eligible for a refund, provided that: - The cancellation policy mentioned in our listing is no longer applicable (e.g. time limit exceeded) - The guest booked with access to all the necessary information and validated by Airbnb 👉 Any confirmed reservation is therefore subject to the Airbnb cancellation policy set out in our listing, and we will not be able to deviate from these rules.
