Unique family villa with swimmingpool

In this newly renovated beautiful brick 1930's villa, you will find a lot of outdoor and indoor space for a large family. The Villa is located in a safe and quiet residential area, just outside the city centre of Copenhagen – reachable within 15' by bus. The large garden with a 21 m2 pool (closed Oct.-April), BBQ, green conservatory and hot sauna, invites you to chill and play after a busy day in town. We look forward to welcome you in our beautiful brickhouse. The house includes a fully fitted kitchen, with a wine cooler, stove, oven and microwave. From the kitchen and dining area, there is access to a green conservatory with a ceiling full of grapes – a lovely spot to relax – from here you can access the garden and pool area. From the dining room you enter the large living room, with a cosy sofa and a Swedish tiled stove in porcelain. The livningroom has a TV with access to common danish television stations and Netflix. First floor is well-appointed with three bedrooms. One small bedroom with a double bed (180x200). Second bedroom with a 140x200 bed (sleeps two) . Third bedroom with a single bed (its possible to have a mattress on the floor, if you need to sleep two in this room). Exclusive small bathroom with toilet and glass-screened shower. The basement contributes with a large room, with a w140x200 bed. The basement also includes a scullery and large bathroom with shower section and sauna. The house is surrounded by a large privat garden with loungearea, a fantastisk pool (1,6 m deep allover. Closed Oct-April), gas-BBQ, fruit trees and various patio furniture. The home is ideal for a large family of max 7 people. Very kids friendly with facilities such as two high chairs, books, various garden games and board games, a soccer goal in the garden and various toys. Small kids are VERY welcome, but using the pool, sauna and outdoor areas is at own risk. Guest access Access to the entire house, except from the larder and garage. Other things to note We will not be home during your stay, but accessible by phone or mail. Free parking in the driveway. The pool is open from Maj–Oktober 1st.
