The unit is located in Santiago, RD (Genesis 4) where you will enjoy many great restaurants, local shops, and entertainment. You will enjoy a modern ambiance and get to experience all that the city has to offer. The condo is in a closed gated community with minimal noise in the surrounding areas. Inside the apartment you will enjoy a dining room equipped with plates and utensils, full kitchen with modern appliances such as washer, dryer, a microwave, blender and coffee maker. The main bedroom is The Deep Blue room with private bathroom, walk in closet and smart TV (with various applications such as Netflix and You tube). The other two bedrooms (The Royal Green and The Neutral bedroom) can be accessed with additional guests occupancy and are equipped with air conditioners and smart Televisions. All bedrooms have blackout shades for your sleeping comfort. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and LED lights to set the mood. This condo also has a private terrace with private jacuzzi. The terrace has 6 feet high walls for your privacy. The terrace has a BBQ grill, patio furniture, and jacuzzi with four bar stools. The jacuzzi can comfortably fit 12 people. The jacuzzi has a waterfall and lighting that can be set at the color that you desire. The jacuzzi is not meant for swimming. It is 4 feet deep and measures 12X10 feet. It is designed for a relaxing experience where you will get to enjoy mountain and city views. The best part of this terrace is the beautiful sunsets that are visible and very photographable. The Jacuzzi is available 24 hours but we do ask that you respect neighbors at night and reduce the volume after 9:00p.m. Your safety and security is a priority. There are no cameras on the premises (neither inside or outside of my property). The Genesis condos are privately owned and so neighbors and other condo owners may have cameras on their property. Our goal is to assure that you have a pleasant stay and we encourage communication to assist our guests in whatever they need. Guest access Guest Access: You will arrive at Genesis 4 and someone will be there to give you keys to access the apartment. The Unit has two parking spots available labeled F-4 (use the pictures for reference). This a 4th floor walk up unit. The Condo unit is gated and has a 24 hour security guard. Other things to note The Genesis condos have a shared pool. The pool can be accessed by paying a small fee. Please note that it is shared and I DO NOT manage the shared pool. The pool is privately managed and can be accessed for a small fee. You can check the hours and days of operation with the pool staff. Our goal is to ensure you have a pleasant stay and we are available to help our guests with whatever they need. I am available to answer any questions 24/7 and my goal is to ensure that our guests are satisfied.
