Description
Unique archipelago house from the early 1900s on a car-free island just 25 minutes from Stockholm. Simple and genuine accommodation on two floors with lovely garden, large terrace to hang out on and trampoline for the kids to play on. Just 50 meters away is a grass soccer field and a couple of minutes away you will find Badberget with a cliff bath as well as a trampoline for the big ones and a sandy beach for the little ones. Recreational boat with 15 hp is included for the duration of your stay. The space MAIN BUILDING The entrance floor consists of the kitchen with dining area. Here you will also find the stairs to the upper floor and a door leading out to the plot and the large terrace. The other part has a small hall, a space that was once a kitchen, and a bedroom. From the bedroom, you can access the added-on punch veranda with large windows along the wall facing south and the water a bit away. There is also a door out to the plot and the terrace. The upper floor consists of a living room with sofa and TV, as well as a room with beds and tables and chairs. NEWLY BUILT OUTBUILDING Hot water, sink and toilet (combustion toilet) are located in a newly built outhouse with a small terrace. Here you can wash dishes under a roof. Wonderful outdoor shower. Other things to note You get to and from the island by boat (holds 5 adults, outboard motor 15 hp) which is included in the rent. You park the car in a fenced parking lot on the mainland, near the boat. The parking space is included in the rental. Food is easiest to buy in the small community of Brunn, a couple of kilometers from the boat dock/parking lot.
