Jeffersonville, and 10 minutes from Livingston Manor! Also about 20 minutes to other fun towns such as Roscoe, Callicoon, and Bethel which all offer great dining and shopping. All of the outdoors is at your fingertips as well with many options nearby to go fishing, hiking, skiing, and many other activities! The space Originally designed as a dining hall for a camp retreat in the 1930's, this space has been converted to a home that maintains all that character. 12'+ high ceilings, beautiful original stained glass windows, and all the essential updates needed for modern comfort. The interior of the home was recently fully renovated in 2021 and is comfortably sized at 1500 square feet. Guest access One bedroom off the kitchen is used for private storage. Other things to note We're dog friendly so long as your dog is house trained! Also be sure that your dog is well behaved or crate trained as to not damage anything in the space in your absence. Unfortunately, we aren't accepting cats at this time. Strong WiFi for remote work which also can be used to supplement cellular service which is typically spotty in the mountains. We’re just one additional street set back off of route 52 which is a main road. This is great for getting around but may cause a bit of car noise during the day, and usually quiets down at night.
