Single family home 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego, 15 from San Diego airport and 20 from the beaches. Many shopping plazas and local amenities near by. 10 minutes walk to public transportation (however, it’s not a recommended way to see San Diego!) & limited free driveway or street parking, very private home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Please arrange check in before booking if outside of listed time frame. PLEASE CONTACT HOST TO SEND YOUR REQUEST. The space Modern, bright and exceptionally clean home, nestled at the end of a quiet and very private cul du sac. Kitchen is available for breakfast before 10am, but not dinner. Perfect for exploring vacationers, however, not so suitable for staying in the room all day😉Microwave and fridge can be used anytime before 10pm. Please do not keep smelly food in the room overnight - containers must be taken to trash/refrigerator right after use Guest access WiFi Fire stick & Netflix Kitchen - see restrictions Bathroom Bedroom Parking subject to availability During your stay I am available anytime so if you need to reach out please do Other things to note Please remove shoes at front door. Also please consider other guests and be quiet before 7am and after 10pm (includes closing doors, tv volume, and talking quietly). Showers MUST be completed by 10pm, please exercise a 15 minute bathroom time limit and clean up all water from floor, leave it clean for other guests please.
