whole apartment This is a unique 3-bedroom basement apartment in a nice quite neighborhood. Free wifi and fire stick so you can stream tv. The bathroom has a custom walk-in shower and a washer and dryer for guests use. There is a small kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. This apartment has everything a person would need to be comfortable for a weekend stay or a month at a time. I personally hate added fees, but to keep nightly fees reasonable I had to add a one-time cleaning fee. Otherwise, with 3 bedrooms I couldn't afford to pay to have it cleaned without significantly raising our nightly rate. Dogs allowed with preapproval. We will have some questions about your pet. I offer a much larger than normal length of stay discount. Compare to local hotels and you are getting much more for much less. For length of stays of 7 days or more I offer the initial supplies. After that it will be on the tenant to provide. I will come up with an agreed schedule with the tenant to change out bedding and towels about every 14 days with a basic cleaning. The majority of the cleaning will be on the tenant unless other arrangements are made. This is perfect for traveling professionals. I also have a monthly rate. I do not book outside of AirBNB so please don't ask. Prices are pre-haggled which saves both of us time and energy Thanks for your consideration Lance There is a nice bricked patio outside the apartment. We ask that guests stay in that area when outdoors as the rest of the backyard is being worked on at the moment. We are available to answer questions by text or phone. We like meeting our guests, but within their comfort level. My house is in a quiet neighborhood comprised of families. There's a nice city park a few blocks away where I like taking walks. Hays Recreation Commission (HRC) has a gym a few blocks away that I love going to their fitness classes. It is close to the hospital. Car is the best way to get around Hays, but they also have a system of bike routes that make it easy and safe to go through Hays. Uber has become quite popular in the past few years. There are a couple of taxi companies. We're very knowledgeable about the area. We're in the process of putting together a list of our favorite places most of which are unique to Hays.
