The Villa gets mainly booked for Bday parties, Bachelors/etts, Get-together's, Photoshoot and Wedding Accommodation. We book these only directly because of local laws 3. Minimum price- Rs 12.5k for upto 20 people, Rs 10k for upto 15 people, Rs 7.5k for 10 people (Except Saturdays- 12.5k Minimum) 4. Smoking, Drinking & Shisha is allowed 5. USP- Posh Location and Spacious. The space Hosting since 2020. 1. We take bookings for maximum 15-20 people. 2. The villa is located in South Delhi New Friends colony (NFC). You can navigate your distance to Sunrise Hospital Kalindi Colony. It's hardly 100 meters away from the hospital. 3. We only do exclusive bookings with no interference/sharing. You will have the entire property to yourself. 4. Please feel free to come check out the place prior to booking. 5. The Villa Manager Mr Nazim will share the video and location of the property over WA prior to the booking for your better convenience. 6. We charge according to the number of people entering the property, irrespective off if they are staying or not. P.S visitor's are charged. 7. Celebrate your birthday all night long, no time restrictions. 8. House Parties:- It's a residential property so house parties are not allowed officially. If you can maintain the decorum we can work something out. We are only accepting low- key scenes. 9. Music - 10 PM music rule applies. Unfortunately, being is a residential property, Music is an issue, since we don't have an official license to host parties. The neighbours tend to complain about the music to the cops! Only small bluetooth speakers in controlled volume inside the villa is allowed. Outside speakers are not allowed. There is a bluetooth speaker(boAt stone 1000) available at the property free of cost. Music volume and hooting is our only concern. 10. There are 3 King Size Bed rooms all with attached Washrooms. There is a Living room, Lobby, Modular kitchen and a huge garden. The living room can be used as an additional bedroom. The Living room size is almost double the size of a bedroom. 11. There is a 50 inch LED TV with Tata Sky connection in the room. 12. Decoration is allowed on the floor, nothing on the walls though. The Caretaker Mr Naresh will always be there at your service. 13. Minimum charges apply- Rs 12.5k for upto 20 people, Rs 10k for upto 15 people. Rs 500 for every extra person thereon. 14. Big windows and balcony area brings in good sun light and fresh air in the villa. 15. Brand new chilled Split AC's ( Daikin ) installed in all bed rooms and the living room. 4 AC's in total. 16. Location of the property- The property is just 10 houses away from Sunrise Hospital. 17. Free 5G Wi-Fi + Patio+ 100% power back up. 18. The Property is built on a very strong and modern architectural base. 19. There is extra bedding available to accommodate extra people. 20. All Rooms have Hot water facility. 21. Kitchen is fully functional so you can cook your own meals (Fridge , Microwave, Hob, Gas Stove chimney and Water Purifier are there). Swiggy and Zomato delivers fresh food to the doorstep. 22. Ample common area including a dining, drawing and a playing area. The terrace has a large Sitting Lounge. 23. Big market (Community Center) is within a walking distance of 5 mins. Taxis- Uber at Dirt Cheap prices. Getting around is not a hassle at all. 24. The airport is just 13 Kms away (About 30 mins from the property). The easiest way to reach the villa is navigating Sunrise Hospital, Kalindi Colony, New Delhi. The villa is just 10 houses away from there. 2. 2-3 Cars can be parked inside the villa and 4-5 cars can be parked outside the villa as its our private parking. Other things to note 1. The check-in time is 1 pm onwards. Check-out is 11 AM. 2. Please mention the total number of guests including visitors irrespective of them staying or not. We charge according to the number of people entering the property. 3. The Caretaker stays on the property full time, but he has a different room and he wont be visible until you want him to get you something. You will have complete privacy. 4. BBQ equipment is available at an additional charge of Rs 500.
