FYI : 1) I DON’T accept Louisville guests to stop large local party’s 2) 4 beds to sleep ONLY 6 people. I have a play pen/crib with sheets and mattress pad Extra guests over 4 pay $5 per guest per day. I have more laundry to do and extra supplies to replace like coffee, hot chocolate - Keurig pods, and other amenities I have for my guests. 3) I have surveillance cameras outside monitoring 24/7, Additional fees will be added for unauthorized guests not in booking. The space 3 bedroom house, 4 beds sleeps 6. I also, have 2 portable playpen/cribs in the bunk bedroom closet. Record player with a few LPs. A private partially fenced backyard, an outdoor table with umbrellas, porch & tree swing, gas grill, patio, a small fire pit. A full-size bed with electronic control to lift head like a hospital bed. Spring water dispenser with hot or cold water. An ice make in the bottom of refrigerator. Keurig coffee maker with provided coffee pods Guest access You will not have to share any area listed on the Airbnb with anyone else while staying here. Secluded back yard is private Other things to note Details on all of the Outdoor Surveillance cameras around both of the properties. They monitor both front and back yard of the Airbnb as well as my yard area I personally use. They send alerts if anyone enters the unauthorized property areas. Only my Airbnb guests and I are authorized to be on this property in any area. The cameras outside monitors 24/7 and keeps an update anyone wandering in either yard unauthorized . The back camera monitors the playground area. I have cameras to monitor the middle yard . The middle yard is my personal yard. I don’t share my yard with my guests.
