Other things to note Important things to note: • This unit is part of a triplex and located on the ground floor, so you may hear neighbors, including guests staying upstairs. It’s not ideal for those seeking total quiet, but we do provide sound machines in the bedroom to help. • The living room sofa sits low to the ground. Some guests love it, others find it difficult for getting up and down. The photos clearly show the nature of the sofa so that you can decide if it will work for you. • The living room sofa folds down into a bed—best for kids, short stays, or easygoing sleepers. It’s not a traditional mattress, but we include extra bedding to make it as cozy as possible.
