Stay with us at Lake Berkley! We're conveniently located in the hub of Kissimmee's Visitor's District in a resort so that you'll feel like you're right at home. We have two pools and a splash pad for the kids on property. We have basketball and tennis courts, fitness room, lake for fishing (catch and release), lake-side beach volleyball and pool-side billiards table. We are in a gated community, with 24-hour guard duty. The space This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom corner townhouse is located in the very popular gated resort of Lake Berkley in Kissimmee, Florida. On the ground floor is the modern family room with comfy sofas as well as a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the family room is a formal dining area seating six people. Next to the open-plan dining area is a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Throughout the house you'll find smart wireless speakers so that you can enjoy a luxurious audio experience. On the second floor you'll find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a California king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The next bedroom has a California king bed, and the final bedroom has two twin beds; these share a bathroom located on the hallway. This home provides easy access to Disney World theme parks (15 minute drive), and local shops and restaurants on Highway 192, Kissimmee. We're located a mile away from Walmart and Medieval Times (5 minute drive), 2.5 miles away from Plaza Del Sol Outlets (10 minute drive), and 5.5 miles away from Factory Outlets (15 minute drive). Guest access There's two designated parking spots right in front of our townhouse. When you first check in, you'll register your vehicle(s) with security at the gate and you'll be allowed in the community seamlessly via guest access.
