The main floor of this home is where you can find the two-story living room with stone wood burning fireplace, dining room/kitchen, one bedroom, and full bath. Hang out with your friends in the living room watching a movie or sharing an entertaining conversation. Enjoy cooking meals on the Heartland Classic 6-burner Gas Range in the open kitchen with cabinets galore. The special solitude of this home is perfect for enjoying the back deck without worrying about the hustle and bustle of the world. Spend your days on the water and evenings wrapped in a cocoon of fresh air relaxing on custom made Adirondack chairs on the spacious front porch. Step up your cooking game using the gas grill available on the deck. This family-friendly retreat is all about entertainment with WiFi, board games, books and a fire pit. Knotty Pines on the Lake is on a one acre wooded property featuring a fire pit. It is also only 2 blocks from the water with a community boat ramp to bring your ski's, boat, and canoes. If you don’t have a boat don’t worry, we have two kayaks and a community beach for you to enjoy. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except for the back room in the basement and a few owners closets. Other things to note Lake is located around the corner just a 5-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. The property has owner WiFi controls features including the ability to turn the water main on and off, turn the water heater on and off, control the HVAC, lock and unlock the front door as well as program door codes. There are three exterior lights that can be controlled remotely, the flood lights on both sides of the house and the light on the front porch. These are all conveniences for the owner and the guests. These controls are mainly used after guest leave to conserve energy or if the guest needs assistance with the controlled devices that guests have access to.
