The apartment is next to the Metro. It is spacious, very clear, easy to access and accommodates 5 people. It is possible to accommodate one more person (6th person) using an extra mattress. Located in a privileged area (Lower Botafogo), almost next to the Botafogo Metro Station and Nelson Mandela Street, a street that concentrates several fun bars, restaurants and cafes. On the other corner is Enseada/Botafogo Beach with the beautiful landscape of Pão de Açúcar. It is important to note that the Botafogo neighborhood is currently one of the points of the Carioca Carnival and that it becomes more vibrant every year. Because it is located next to the subway station, the accommodation is also highly sought after by people who come to participate in major cultural, musical and sporting events in Rio de Janeiro, such as Rock in Rio and others. Enjoy a large apartment with 1 bedroom with window air conditioning, 1 32" Smart TV, 2 living rooms, 1 living room with 1 43" Smart TV with ceiling fan and a comfortable Retractable Sofa (which can be turned into a single bed when open) and 1 dining room decorated with a round table and 4 chairs with ceiling fan and 1 sofa bed (Sofia) that sleeps 2 people comfortably when open. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a safety bar and hairdryer; Office/Work Area; large Pantry/Kitchen, well equipped with a bench for meals; Service Area/Laundry (with a Brastemp washing machine with an 8-kilo capacity) and also a pleasant and well-ventilated Balcony with a protective screen and decorated with a vertical garden, where we suggest tasting a good wine, reading, working and/or enjoying moments of relaxation. The accommodation also has a parking space, a Playground area and a Bike Rack in the building. Guest access We have a 24-hour front desk monitored by cameras and Self Check-in. Access to the accommodation is very easy and quiet: both the entrance to the building and the entrance to the apartment are completely flat, which makes it much easier for those who have some mobility problem or even for those who travel carrying several packages/suitcases. The apartment entrance door is right next to the elevator! It is also important to mention that there are several transportation options on the street in front of the building: subway, bus, Uber and bicycle. Everything is very easy! Walking around the neighborhood is also a great option as it has good commercial establishments, cultural spaces and lots of fun! And if you need it, we also have a parking space for your car! Just present the vehicle document to enjoy this additional convenience. Other things to note Our guests have a 24-hour doorman, which guarantees them greater security. They also have the convenience of using 2 Smart TVs, 1 installed in the Living Room (43") with several open channels and 1 installed in the Bedroom (32") to watch their favorite movies and series (NETFLIX). It also offers 1 (one) Parking Spot in the building itself with 1 Remote Control available to open the garage gate. The building has 1 (one) Bike Rack for those who enjoy cycling. In fact, cycling through the Botafogo Cove, Aterro do Flamengo or the nearest beaches is a must-see and very relaxing ride. Neither the Bike nor any safety equipment for guests/cyclists is provided by the accommodation. We welcome babies up to 12 months old and, for this purpose, we provide a crib (collapsible), baby chair, changing table and EVA baby mat and bathtub with support. ATTENTION! 👇 For longer-term reservations, i.e., 28 nights, it will only be possible to rent on the condition that the guest pays the electricity consumed during the period, as well as part of the condominium fee (1/3 of the amount). As for the Internet and water, these are already included in the contract price. The availability of the trousseau (bed and bath linens) will consist of 2 sets of bed and bath linens for each guest, which must be changed weekly and washed by the guest during their stay to keep them clean and free of stains. Also with respect to longer stays (up to 28 nights), there will be a need to perform Extra Cleaning to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the space. Please arrange with the Host in advance the days and times when these extra services are to be performed.
