There is a 'jack and jill' shower room with heated towel rail , shower, basin and wc, and a well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave and kettle for preparing snacks or light meals. The breakfast bar has views over the Howgills and enjoys the morning sunshine. The bedroom has a 6 foot superking bed,( or two singles if you prefer), television and easy chairs. Additionally guests have a sitting room/second bedroom with full size single day bed, easy chair and television. There is ample independent guest controlled heating, and all beds have electric blankets. A very comprehensive and varied continental style breakfast is included in the tariff, and includes homemade goodies as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cold meats. Guests can enjoy relaxing at breakfast time in our delightful sunroom or dining room, both of which have views over the River Kent. Guest access Our guest suite is accessed through the house and is on the top, second, floor. There are two flights of stairs and so regrettably it is not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility, babies or small children . It is quiet, totally self contained and private. Additionally guests are welcome to enjoy our garden with outdoor seats and lovely views. Other things to note We do not accept babies or young children as the accommodation is unsuitable. Stairs may make access difficult for anyone with impaired mobility.
