Your wing of the house is closed off from rest of house and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bath ,KITCHENETTE for light meals integrated into Living Room which includes Queen size sleeper couch providing a bed for two and a private outside entrance. The space Separate wing of the house, closing off from rest of house. The Kitchenette for small meal prep and seating area are integrated into main room which provides a queen size sleeper couch for two and private Patio with own access to apt. There are two additional bedrooms and bed linens are line dried for freshness.Also featuring two full Baths, both with shower. Large bedroom has a double bed and Tiki room also has a double bed. All rooms are provided with TV, including Netflix and Amazon prime. Central location to Temecula Wine country, 50 miles to Palm Springs, 50 miles to Big Bear and about 80 miles each to Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. The nearest Casino with live entertainment is 8 miles. We are 5 miles from DropZone skydiving school known Internationally. Also 5 miles from Field of Dreams, location for softball tournaments nationally. Host speaks German and Spanish and knowledgable about local area for a great experience. We do not allow a booking for more than two weeks at a time for any one stay. No PARTIES or EVENTS... Guest access You will have outside access to your beautiful patio with gas barbeque for cooking, KITCHENETTE available for coffee, tea, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, Cuisinart grill for light meals only, no Stove for large meal prep. House is equipped with soft water. Other things to note We are in a country setting and there are farm animals but not close to your rooms. Actually quite far from this house. Also two outside dogs in a fenced area on the opposite side of the house away from your room. Next to our property, divided by a large container is our small trucking company with access to the rear acres.
