Second bedroom has a king sized bed and living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. Direct river access with two neighboring tubing outfitters this great condo is just a couple blocks off the downtown square. Guest access Enjoy lodging in your private condo, complete with full kitchen, living room, balcony, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Common areas shared with other guests include the property grounds, laundromats, banks along the river, bbq grills, picnic tables, swimming pool, and direct stairs accessing to the Comal River. Other things to note Bath towels are provided for bathing use only. Please remember to bring along river/pool towels. Wristbands are required to be worn by all guests. Host is unable to provide more bands than the maximum allowed for this condo. This condo comes with 2 parking tags. Additional vehicles will need to park outside of the gate of the complex. There is some limited off-street parking available in front of the condos, along Market St., on the condo complex side of the street only. Additional free city parking is located a couple blocks over off of Seguin St. closer to the downtown circle.
