You must be OK with horses (on 3 sides of the barn) and free roaming chickens. The barn has everything you need to be comfortable plus an awesome outdoor deck overlooking the pond and the horses, a great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrise or eat dinner in the shade. Kitchenette has a 2 burner hot plate, a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker. Outdoor gas grill available upon request. This is a second floor unit with 2 separate staircases to access. Horses stalls are located under the back deck. They love apples and carrots. You are welcome to walk around the whole property. There is always someone here onsite. Low traffic makes this a great place for your morning walk. Downtown Rowlett a short walk away.
