My apartment is located at 6 min walk from Maisons-Alfort Les Juilliottes metro station (18min from Bastille), at 15 min walk from Maisons-Alfort Alforville RER station (1 station from Gare de Lyon, 2 stations from Châtelet, 3 stations from Gare du Nord) and at 2 min from A86 highway by car. You will appreciate my accommodation for the location and the calm. The space The apartment of 45m2 with western exposure is located on the ground floor. The living room, the American kitchen and the bedroom overlook the garden via bay windows. Services at disposal: Private garden of 60 m2, apartment of 45m2 including an equipped American kitchen opening onto the living room, 1 sofa bed 2 places, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 shower room, 1 hair dryer, separate toilet, Wifi code (given on arrival). Towels and sheets are provided by a professional laundry service. Concerning the parking, I use my box to store my things but there are free parking spaces all around the residence. The residence is secured (guard and cameras). The co-ownership rules do not allow barbecues. Guest access A welcomer from the Wehost team will greet you in front of the building at the scheduled time, hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 24 hours before your arrival.
