With beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances & furniture, high quality white linens and towels, you'll find everything you need in the comforts of this cottage. Please note this listing is for UNIT B. I provide generous welcome snacks, a complimentary bottle of local wine, coffee/tea, sugars and creamers, instant oatmeal, plus filtered & sparkling waters in the refrigerator; all “on the house” ☺️ If you have a larger group & you want to be close to each other, then rent Unit A. It is next door and has the identical set-up to Unit B. To make things easier, we have a pack-n-play & sheet, a high chair, and a baby gate on-site, as well as some family-friendly board games, puzzles and children's books. Guest access Parking is limited in the Capitola Village and we are fortunate to have a garage. However, anything larger than a mid-sized SUV will not fit. We do, however, also have a larger carport which is be available for larger SUVs/trucks, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Message me if you need it during your stay. There is also street parking all around the cottage, but it can be hard to find a spot on weekends. Street parking is limited to two hours between 8am and 5pm. There's also a large public parking lot 1.5 blocks away, where you can park all day/overnight (up to 72 hrs). It is inexpensive (you can conveniently pay using your Park Mobile App.) & very safe. Other things to note I am available for concierge services. If you would like the cottage pre-stocked with grocery items, special items like balloons, a cake, flowers, a gift bag, etc., message me for more information! The cottage is situated on a quieter one-way street.
