Access to water down the street, 10 minutes to LL Bean & all outlets, 5 minutes to state park and kayak launch. Queen bed, full kitchen. The space In addition to the queen bed, we have a large comfortable couch that a small child could sleep on. It is not a pull-out couch but is very comfortable.
