The space A 6 bedroom apartment including 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower rooms and a further 2 full bathrooms. There is a separate gated driveway for around 5/6 cars leading to a gated large patio with outside dining table and chairs with large purpose built BBQ. Front door to the apartment is via the porch on the patio with a entrance hallway leading to open plan stairs (with handrails and a custom made stair gate at the top) and open plan hallway to; - Full Kitchen - Lounge - 2 Bathrooms - 6 bedrooms (All with TV’s) • Bedroom 1 - 1 king size bed and 1 single bed with en-suite bathroom • Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed with en-suite shower room (hand basin and toilet also) • Bedroom 3 - 1 king size bed • Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds • Bedroom 5 - 1 double bed • Bedroom 6 - 2 single beds All bedrooms have space for travel cots. Please note the following; *All bed linen and towels (no beach towels supplied) supplied by Professional Industrial Laundry Service, in the event any items are missing or damaged guests will be notified and charged. *There is no a no smoking policy inside the apartment (beyond the front door) if guests are found to be smoking within the property they will be asked to be leave the premises immediately and will not be allowed to return. If damage is caused to the property, furnishings (soft and/or hard) fixtures, fittings and/or additional cleaning is required guests will be notified and charged accordingly. *Cleaning is provided after each booking with cleaners arriving at 10am on the day of departure. Guests are to leave the apartment in a reasonable manner, all rubbish is to be removed and appropriately disposed of in the bins provided located by the patio/driveway, all washing up is to be completed, dried and put away by guests before departure. In the event additional cleaning is required guests will be notified and charged for the same. *We have a strict no pet/animal policy, if pets/animals are found to be on the property, guests will be asked to leave immediately and will not be allowed to return and an additional cleaning will be applied. Guest access All spaces within the apartment (apart from locked cupboards and doors) outside gated patio and driveway associated with the apartment. No use of associated property. Other things to note The apartment is located in a rural location perfect for walkers, cyclists and large groups wishing to explore locally or to visit family and/or friends.
