The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private full bathroom and lastly, the third bedroom has 4 bunks, 2 twins and 2 doubles with a private attached bathroom. Laguna Vista offers a heated Indoor Pool for guests to enjoy plus assigned covered parking. Easy bay access thru the Harbour Island marina and a short walk to the Reel Inn restaurant. The beach and boardwalk are a short 3 block walk. When you return from the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower to rinse prior to entering the unit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. You will enter through a key pad on the front door which is changed after each guest. Once the booking is confirmed you will be given your unique code to access the unit two weeks prior to check-in. You are welcome to check-in anytime after 4pm. Early check-ins, and late check-outs are extremely hard to accommodate due to cleaning and maintenance schedules. Please do not assume these can be accommodated. Our condo is a true second home and we ask our guests to treat it like a home, not a hotel. Strict rules will apply to all rentals at Laguna Vista. No pets, No smoking anywhere on the property including balconies, parking garages or dock (no exceptions), No foul language, No loud noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am. 2 cars per unit only, one in the reserved spot, one in a guest spot that is first come, first serve. A maximum of 8 guests are permitted, including children and babies. Laguna Vista is a condominium complex and they maintain security cameras around the exterior of the property and in common areas. In addition there is a Ring camera doorbell on the front door. Guests violating rules may be removed without warning or refund and will be financially liable for HOA violations.
