The Olugulu Cottage, the first of the Makyo Residences ensemble, is a modern-styled studio cottage situated within a private residential compound that is located in the tranquil neighbourhood of Karen, Nairobi. The Olugulu Cottage provides an escape from the fast-paced city life or from the restrictions of a hotel and/or resort daily routine. Simply put, the Cottage - fitted with rustic undertones - is an exceptional getaway for weekenders or as a base for safari or business persons. The space Guests will have exclusive use of the Olugulu Cottage and the area within the walled garden. As the Cottage is self-catered, it includes a minimalist-style kitchenette where Guests can prepare meals at their own leisure. Guest access During check - in guests will be given access keys to the Cottage and main gate to the residence to move in and out as they please. Free parking on the premises. Other things to note Please be aware we have five in-compound dogs that are let out from around 0600PM daily (which is why other pets - excluding assistance animals - are not allowed).
