This spacious 4-bedroom has two full bathrooms with beautiful light and enough sleeping arrangements for up to six adults and two kids. The main floor has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space. The living area includes a fireplace. The Family Room area has a 65" Smart LED Flat screen TV with a Surround Sound System. An AppleTV with HBO Now, Netflix, Live TV, and Amazon Prime with subscriptions included. Thousand of movies for the guest to enjoy during their stay. The Game Room, state of the art place, consists of a Pool Table, a Foosball table, a Ping-Pong Table, a Yoga area, and a Static Bicycle and treadmill completing parts of the gym section available for your entire stay.

The convenience of keyless entry is the most outstanding benefit of using our keypad lock. Just punch in your provided PIN on the keypad, and voila–you're inside with no fuss and no muss. When it's time to leave the house, a keypad lock will automatically lock behind you, virtually eliminating that all-too-common scenario where you're halfway to somewhere land and wondering whether you locked the front door or not. The keyless access code will be obsolete at your check-out time.

Once inside, you will have access to the house except for a few places designated for maintenance and supplies.

We are giving our guests the best of all communication ways. If they need help with anything related to their stay, we will be in touch in no time, via SMS, TXT, email, or even a phone call.

Nestled in one of the quietest areas in a private community, a Natural Preserve bog surrounded the property and built up a mixture of seasonal and year-round residents. All of them have great respect for this beautiful area and each other. Although the houses are not relatively close, we all have a mutual understanding of privacy.

The house is in a private gated community, at 10-15 minutes from restaurants, shopping centers, public parks, bars, cafes, beer gardens, antique shops, and many more attractions.

Bedroom linens and Bathroom towels:

We will provide clean and washed sheets/towel sets per guest. The beds will be ready, as well. Bedroom linens are provided but not exchanged during your stay.

Guestbook Manual:

A Guestbook Binder will be on the kitchen table with the most important information about the house. Please take a moment to look it over when you arrive—an envelope containing 6 Badges to access the swimming pools in the summer season.

Please, no loud noises outside beyond 10 pm, and no driving over the posted speed limits in the development (25 Max. speed); the community police will issue tickets if there are violations, and you will be held responsible.

The cost/value of your reservation it's automatically created when you select your dates. The security deposit will only be charged if there are damages, with no upfront charges.

A start-up set of garbage bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap will be provided but will not replenish during your stay.
