This very comfortable and modern loft is located in the Perdizes neighborhood, near the Allianz Parque stadium (about 7 minutes on foot - 3 blocks). If you are looking for a stay near the Allianz Parque stadium (shows and events), in the West Zone of São Paulo, Shopping Bourbon, SESC Pompéia, among others, you have found it! The decor is in the industrial and minimalist style and comfortably accommodates two guests. The space Our loft is private and independent. You have your own bathroom and kitchen. The bed is a standard double bed and bed and bath linens are provided. In the compact kitchen, the loft has: a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and basic utensils. The loft features air-conditioning, a fan, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and other items for an excellent stay. We have a free, shared laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer and iron. Located in the building's basement. Note: We do NOT have parking at the unit. Guest access Self check-in and self checkout process using passwords. ALL guests must present a legible photo of their ID during the booking process. Without the provision of the photo(s) of the guest's document(s), passwords and other instructions for entering the loft will not be provided. Here you will be free to come and go with peace of mind and safety. Very safe location and we have surveillance cameras. Other things to note Potential noises: Due to local traffic (day/night); from other lofts/guests (until 10 p.m.) and nearby construction work (day). Visits, parties and events are NOT allowed without prior authorization. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the loft and common areas. We are NOT responsible for objects, valuables and personal belongings after you enter the loft. We do NOT have parking on site. Nearby there are several private parking lots. Nearest parking lots: (R. Padre Chico, 221 or R. Cotoxó, 303). * In this unit, 1 pet (small or medium size) is allowed for an extra cleaning fee of R$ 100. However, the animal will not be able to sleep in the bed, be alone in the unit, circulate in areas of the building other than exclusively the path between the entrance of unit 03 and the street.
