A new extra large, adult length twin size mattress was also replaced. DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE & PROPERTY Note: Just like a townhouse or a semi-detached house, there are 2 side by side apartments. You can rent both of them together or separately. - The apartments are separated by a staircase, located outside each unit in between the two of them, therefore you cannot hear any noise coming from either of them. Each have a private entrance and their designated parking areas - There are no apartments above or below either of them. -No shared spaces inside the home - The outdoor 3 season room is also your private space. - The only shared items are the hot tub, pool, bonfire pit, pergola and kayaks. ALL INCLUSIVE -This waterfront home is all on one level, only a few steps to get inside. - It is all inclusive with wifi, utilies, netflix, and 3 car/truck parking, -Enjoy bbq's, bonfires, birding year round from the waterfront property. -Get in one of the 3 Kayaks are available directly from the shoreline. The kitchen, living, and dining room are open concept.  Cook to your hearts content while visiting with your family and friends, as they sit on the bar seats, on the 11 foot counter facing the kitchen.  The countertop stove faces the open concept living and dining room. KITCHEN has a countertop stove, wall oven & a fridge with ice & water on the door, dishwasher & microwave. LIVINGROOM- the gas fireplace has just been maintained on Nov 20, 2024 and ready to warm you up, while watching mesmerizing flames. watch the 40"tv with a roku streamer and enjoy high speed wifi and comfortable furniture & double sofa bed. DINING ROOM- Seating for 6 and 4 bar stools facing the kitchen.  It has a large window facing the water.  There is a buffet and hutch full of serving dishes, etc. BEDROOM 1  has a queen size bed, a 32" smart tv, an electric fireplace, dresser and closet BEDROOM 2- faces the waterside has a new queen size bed, 32" smart tv, a closet and dresser BEDROOM 3 -2 adult size length twin beds in a bunk bed and a dresser 3 SEASON ROOM  is your own private, covered outdoor room.  It has a natural gas bbq, 2 dining tables & a steel countertop for meal prep Bring your favorite beverage to the covered pergola, directly at the water's edge, with a sectional couch & a fire table.  Watch the swans, ducks , fish jumping & when you are there long enough, a heron will fly by. Listen to the toad choir. There is a 2nd covered games room pergola. Enjoy playing the games provided there on a dining table or clear the games and enjoy a meal. Start a bonfire overlooking the water with the new Oct. 2024 sectional couches with thick comfortable cushions surrounding the fire See picture of the sunrise in the fire pit area. New 360 feet of lighting extends from the entire volleyball court to the fire pit to the games pergola to the the waterfront pergola and the pathway to it and back so you can walk around without a flash light. I believe lighting is magical and very welcoming at night. NOTE: This is a river front property.  You can not swim in the river. It has a muddy bottom. However, I have installed a new 12 x 22 pool with massive deck. The pool opens at the end of June, as the water is too cold & I am preparing the water beforehand. The yard also has a 5 person hot tub open year round. Note: 7 guests, when 2 people are sharing 2 queen beds, and 1 each in the bunk beds. 5 people can stay when not sharing beds. No blow up mattress or tents in the back yard are welcome. Note: I allow 2 small or 1 medium size or 1 large dog, no puppies in potty training. No cats permitted. What to bring: - swimming & hot tub towel. I provide bathing towels - fire wood for your bonefires - I provide basic spices, olive oil, paper towels & toilet paper - every kitchen amenities you could ever need - all the bedding Guest access Your Private Oasis: The entire house & 3 season room are private to this unit Share - 2 waterfront pergolas, swimming pool and its deck, the hot tub, the dock, and 2 bonfire pits and 3 kayaks, on the 3/4 of an acre facing the waterfront yard. Other things to note Note: 1 medium and 1 small or 2 small dogs. No cats No dogs are permitted to dip or swim in the pool or hot tub No smoking or vaping inside the house. Must be 10 meters away from the windows, so the smoke doesn't linger inside the property.
