Peaceful large Hudson Valley private guest suite

Mid-century home with private entrance guest suite on 5 acres. Queen bed, full kitchen, modern amenities, luxury dishware, flatware and quality linens. I keep the suite super clean and uncluttered just for Airbnb guests! Decorated with vintage and modern furnishings contribute to a peaceful retreat. 5 min drive to Kingston, 15 min to Woodstock and Saugerties. The space The large garden, patio, BBQ and fire pit is shared with guests. You may see us, but we value your privacy as well as ours and will leave you alone unless you reach out with questions. large guest suite attached to main house with separate private entrance. Suite entrance has keyless entry. The suite has large skylights which provide a lot of natural morning light. Park up around the back of the house. Guest access The whole suite is yours. The BBQ, patio, garden and fire-pit are shared with us. Park up around the back of the house between the yard and patio Other things to note House rules: - CHECK IN is 3pm. If you want to check in earlier you MUST text me and ask. CHECK OUT IS 11am ON THE DATE OF YOUR CHECK OUT. —please be mindful of this as we often have to turn the suite over in time for a check in at 3:00. - PLEASE put your dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Take ALL garbage & recycling down to the bins at the end of the driveway when you leave and make sure ALL the lights and AC are off. The hot water takes a few minutes to get completely hot. Grocery stores are on Ulster ave and you will need your own shopping bag. There is one provided for you in the suite. During winter if there is a storm the garage will be used for my car and you may hear the garage door open underneath the suite. Winter only.
