Very close to Naples Beach or upscale 5th Avenue for restaurant/nightlife/shopping (20min walk, 10min bike or 5min drive). Fishing, Boat tours & boat rentals are nearby. You can walk, drive or use a free Resort bicycle to experience everything Naples has to offer within minutes . The unit & resort are clean, quiet and professionally managed. The space The Resort is located directly on Naples Bay with a sparkling-clean Adult Pool, a smaller Kids Pool, an outdoor Hot Tub, patio tables, chairs and a dock. Here are fabulous views of the Bay to relax, swim or boat watch. A Tiki bar beside the pool serves food, drinks, snacks and cocktails (for a fee). FREE WIFI is available throughout the resort and inside the condo. The resort is well maintained, clean and professionally managed. The space is a fully furnished condominium unit. The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed + en suite full bathroom. A separate glass sliding door goes to the screened lanai balcony. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 2nd full bathroom. The unit faces south to Palm trees and partial Naples Bay. The Living Room has a bed sofa, cushion chairs, TV, Satellite, DVD. Another glass sliding door goes onto the Screened lanai with lounge chairs and tables. The Dining Room seats 6. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. The unit has been remodeled in 2024 (all photos are current look). EXTRA AMENITIES are also INCLUDED similar to a hotel - free starter soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, laundry/dishwasher soap are all included! The entire unit is professionally cleaned once per week before your stay. Professionally laundered sheets and towels, including pool towels, are provided and these services are included. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in the unit for free use too. There is lots of FREE parking available on site. Guest access The Resort has 33 units in 11 semi-attached buildings each 3 floors high. The resort has no elevators and our unit is on the top/3rd floor accessible by stairs. The Resort Office staff can help with luggage. Check-in/out is convenient through the Resort Office and After Hours check-ins are available. There is an Amenity Room above the Resort Office with a pool table, TV and other games and a great view of the Bay. The resort offers blue bicycles (see photo posted) , beach chairs, fishing rods, board games and more to sign out for FREE! It is only 9 blocks to famous Naples Beach - a 20 minute walk, a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute bike ride. Located in a safe, mostly residential neighborhood to walk securely both day and night time. But also close to downtown Naples with commercial, shopping and entertainment areas like 5th Avenue. There's also fishing, boat charters and boat rentals nearby. Things to do on land, by the water, in the water and maybe even on the water! Other things to note The resort is professionally managed. Reviews are excellent the resort rated at 4.6 We pay all resort fees, there are NO extra fees for guests. And there is FREE ample parking on the resort. Our space is only available during June and December months.
