One covered parking space provided. Plenty of visitor parking near lobby. Guest access Guests can enjoy pool, gym, steam room, jogging tracks, kids playground in the facility. Minimarket, bakery, bistro and food court right on ground floor, super convenient 😉 Other things to note Top security- This is a multi level guarded apartment. All areas will only be accessible via access card. Priority cleanliness- we change all our bedsheets, pillowcases and comforter covers even if the previous guest only stay for a night. Love our mother earth- please switch off all lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances if not in use. Strictly no smoking, vaping, heavy cooking and durian in the premise.
