Waterfront 2 bed, 2 bath located in Chelton. Less than 5 mins to Chelton Beach Provincial Park, 10 mins to Borden, 20 mins to Summerside and 35 mins to Charlottetown. Beautiful views of Confederation Bridge. Main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite and second bedroom has a queen bed. Cottage built in 2019. The cottage comes with A/C, wifi, Prime, Disney, bbq, linens, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. No water access at the property. Public beach is 3 min walk. The space Large waterfront property to yourself. There is an empty lot on the left side of the property. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Come enjoy the beautiful views of the Confederation Bridge and Seacow Lighthouse. The sunsets from the deck are something to see. Pet friendly - $50 per stay with a max of two pets. There are four clear markers to show which is our property. Other things to note Cottage is on a well and septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Please pick up after your pet and ensure they stay on our property. (There are four markers to show which is our property) We recommend having bug spray as the mosquitoes can come out in the evening.
