Stay at our modern two-story home in vibrant East LA, completed in 2019. Featuring 1,200 SF of bright living space, this stylish house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, wraparound deck, 2 dedicated office spaces, and open living areas upstairs with views to downtown LA and City Terrace mountains. Nestled in a lively Mexican American community, our semi-detached unit promises a unique urban experience. Comes with 1-car on site parking. The space Welcome to our house! We (my husband and I) are excited to share our home with you! We love traveling and often leave for months at a time. We're happy to provide our place for those who are looking for month-long stays while you explore Los Angeles. Our property is located close to downtown LA and 2 major freeways (710 & 60) with plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. The property has 3 units (1 building). You're staying tucked away at the back of the property in a quiet triplex. The entrance is through a secure and private porch (blue) and into the first floor with an airy loft above. On the first floor is a dedicated office space with a large table and two chairs. There's bookshelves against higher placed windows for your use. The back room is a bedroom with a twin size bed and a full bathroom. The washer is in this room and the dryer is tucked in under the stairs. The bottom floor is secured with security screen doors on the windows & doors. Upstairs opens to an expansive open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen with filtered water, complete with French doors that swing open to a wrap-around deck. From here, catch glimpses of downtown LA and the City Terrace mountains—perfect spots for sunset views through the palm trees. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and a decent size bathroom. There's an additional workspace area right outside the bedroom upstairs. Every corner of this home is designed to maximize light and views. With vaulted ceilings enhancing the sense of space, the upstairs stays pleasantly cool and welcoming. Our wraparound deck is the ideal place to relax with a meal or a drink as the sun dips below the horizon. We have a small living room set up with a mounted TV. Or enjoy movie night in the large sofa in the living room. For those sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs. Our neighbors might party occasionally in the weekends. Our tenants are also the very respectful and keep to themselves. We have a one-car parking inside the garage. Guest access The neighborhood is dense so parking is challenging. However, there is one reserved parking space in the garage (left spot), shared with the tenant on the front house. If there's a second car, you would need to find parking outside. The driveway is narrow and so is the parking spot: comfortable fitting a compact SUV. Neighborhood is walkable and there's a light rail 1 mile away. Lots of Uber and Lyft in the area. Other things to note This home is part of a triplex, it is the back house. Walk/drive all the way down the driveway. The space is through the blue gate (porch). Only one on-site parking available (park on the left side of garage). Additional cars need to find parking on the street (which is very challenging). Please no smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) indoors and outdoors of the property out of respect for your neighbors. This neighborhood has kids. Our house is in a dense neighborhood in Los Angeles so please expect some noise. The house is newly built so it has insulation
