Upon arrival are requested 30 euros of final cleaning. Although just 35 square meters in size, the pleasing interior has everything that you need for a memorable and romantic holiday in Rome. The small double bed (120x200cm), on the left of the room, with bathroom en suite, is separated by an open arch from the dining area which has a table for 3 and a comfy bed sofa (90x200cm). There’s a fully equipped separate kitchen with cooker, micro wave and fridge. The tiled bathroom has a stand up shower with beautiful mosaics, washbasin, wc and bidet. Both kitchen and bathroom have windows and sliding hand painted glass doors, the main room takes light and air from the glass door of the entrance that can be also opened as a window . The apartment, set in a small non vehicular lane, has an indipendent entrance, also provided of a gate; outside the entrance there is a lantern lit from sunset to morning. The picture with the view of the Tiber River with St. Peter's Basilica, is taken from the nearby Bridge Umberto I, it is NOT a view from a window of the apartment. The charming location of the apartment, set in a district of characteristic cobblestone streets, offers several little restaurants and cafes, boutiques, artisan shops, close to the apartment are also a supermarket and an internet point which offers also laundry and luggage storage service. The equipment of Leuto apartment is provided with: free wireless internet, air conditionig, indipendent heating, washing machine, stereo, TV, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, cooker, fridge and freezer, italian coffee machine (moka), kettle, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The entrance can be provided with a platform for a wheelchair, but kitchen and bathroom are not accessible with it. This Rome cosy apartment, near the Tiber river, is perfectly located at a stone's throw from Navona square and the Spanish Steps, the most glamorous shopping area of the city .
