The Lodge, Mid Cornwall, with Parking

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle. The space There is one parking space for this let, please contact if you have more than one vehicle, or an oversized vehicle (height). A travel cot can be provided, please reserve if needed. There is a gas BBQ and utensils available (1 between 2 lets so please reserve) Other things to note There is a 3.6kw type 2 metered EV charging point in the carpark, the energy cost will be agreed before use. I can combine 2 lets which are next door to each other for larger groups, The Hideaway & The Lodge Fraddon. I can provide a travel cot and bedding, this will need to be pre-booked as I have 1 cot between 2 lets just to get you going I will provide: tea, coffee, sugar milk bread and butter jams & marmalade variety cereals croissants orange juice
