Fair View Farm is a 1911 boardinghouse that was lovingly renovated In 2021 with an eye toward keeping original details. The house is bright and open with a large yard, 5 acres of woods leading to a salt water tidal river that leads to Muscongus Bay. The street is a quiet neighborhood on a peninsula with within a mile of 2 public preserves with hiking trails, and a short drive to town. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, TV with surround sound, puzzles, games and books for your use. The space In addition to three bedrooms and the living room, we have a quiet reading room downstairs and a large multi-purpose room upstairs equipped with a pull-out couch (the 4th bedroom), legos and blocks, games and puzzles. The house has a patio on the back with a table for meals and a porch off the kitchen that’s great for morning coffee and reading. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all of the house except for the garage. There is a large washer and dryer available to guests. Other things to note This is a residential neighborhood with lots of beautiful views, nature preserves and friendly neighbors.
