This amazing home sits above Tyson park on Pacific Street, perfect to walk to the beach or the pier and enjoy the 75 degree weather that is year round. There are two units next door two each other, if your planning a larger family vacation- rent both! The space Located on Pacific Street-close to Oceanside Pier! There is a public beach park across the street which cannot be built upon. This unit has very well done upgrades, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, light, bright interior. Each building has roof-top decks with white-water views. Ocean views are enjoyed from most areas of this gem! Ideally located close to the Oceanside Pier and the heart of coastal Oceanside. Walk to the farmers market, restaurants, transit center, many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and even a Michelin star rated restaurant is 500 yards away! Unique European architecture style and each unit in building has a very large roof-top terrace with amazing city, ocean and pier views. Take a bike ride down the strand to the harbor and watch the sunset, this location truly cannot be beat! Guest access Entire home including the roof top deck! Other things to note Any one who books through Airbnb acknowledges and agrees to the City of Oceanside Guest Responsibilities : 1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. 2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children). 3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm. 4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am. Revised 01/16/20 Pets are allowed on approval only and require a $250 fee. We are taking strict precautions to ensure sanitation and disinfection inside and outside of each unit and in between each guest including but not limited to all hard surfaces, tables, door knobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. We are sterilizing all linens and rotating with at least a 7 day wait period between uses. We have utilized CDC recommendations with use of CDC approved bleach and other anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-microbial cleaning solutions, as well as sterile rags, gloves, and masks at all times. Guests will have the ability to "Self Check-in and Out" and will be given codes as applicable.
