The space This is an amazing place to call “home” during the Holidays spent with loved ones. We have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare all of your holiday meals and serve to your loved ones. Our kitchen offers a variety of cookware as well as bakeware for whatever meal you decide to make. Perfect for entertaining. Large, fully-equipped chef's kitchen and island for four and huge 9 foot long dinning table that seats 7. Kitchen has French doors that open to Patio and yard- allows lots of beautiful sunlight into the area. Large sun-filled master bedroom with a king bed and a television. There are two spare bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and one with two twin beds. We also have a deluxe inflatable queen mattress and a large sectional couch if you need extra sleeping space- it’s very comfortable. The outdoor area has chairs, two grills and a fire pit that are available if you want to barbecue- the Paulina Meat Market is right down the street and that makes it the perfect thing to do on a night in! There is a full bathroom upstairs with a shower, and a powder room on the main floor. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, boutiques, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and more. Ubers show up in under 2 minutes on average. (See our online guidebook for details) Great neighborhood to walk around on a nice day/evening. Neighborhood has beautiful architecture and homes. On a nice night everyone is out walking their dogs and enjoying the city. There are street festivals nearly every weekend and often times during the week in the summer and fall. For a slower pace, take a walk east and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over Lake Michigan. You will have a wonderful time at our historic home, labeled the "Swan House". Guest access Our house has a private, fenced in yard and small deck off the kitchen/dining room, perfect for entertaining. The front door opens to Paulina street, just a block from Lincoln Avenue and the Paulina Brown Line 'L' station. Other things to note While we do not have private parking enabled yet, we provide Zoned parking passes for our street and surrounding neighborhood. There is ample parking and it is not an issue. There is also a private rent-able Spot-Hero parking available next door at a church if you have something large like a moving truck- or if you just want a dedicated spot for yourselves!
