There are dramatic floor to ceiling windows, loads of natural light and the highest quality construction and finishes. There is great outdoor space featuring a covered patio, gas grill and large fire pit. Guests have access to the entire property. Parking is right next to the house and there is easy 1-step access and wide doorways. There is a small guest house that is about 75 yards from the main house. Each has it's own parking area and there are some plantings between the 2 houses. I'm nearby and happy to help, but will defer to you regarding the amount of contact. Centrally located only a few miles from Wiscasset and within 20 minutes to Damariscotta and Boothbay, 45 minutes to Camden, Rockland, Pemaquid Beach and Lighthouse, Reid State Park, Popham Beach and Brunswick, and an hour to Portland. Portland Jetport is about 1 hr away. Augusta airport is about 20 minutes (only Cape Air flies there) There are window A/C units in all 3 bedrooms and the upstairs living room. It does not have central air. Please note that we require that guests sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
