Hibiscus House

We are not only AirBnb owners, we are Airbnb guests, too. We understand what renters look for! Colorful, cheery Hibiscus House is very close to a lovely beach - just 1 1/2 blocks to sand & surf! Sometimes people have to work even while traveling. We have high-speed internet, large monitor, & ring light. "Work from home" is simple! 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, fold out sleeping options. 2 bikes, games, beach toys & towels. Come for a visit & you will want to return! No pets, no smoking. The space This vacation home has a focus on FUN and PLAYFULNESS. From the moment you walk in, you will get a feeling of relaxation and vacation. The master bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed. The guest room has a twin bed and a full bed (feel free to put them together if you like). The sofa in the living room folds out to a bed, as does the love seat in the study. The location is great - walk a block and a half one direction and you are at the ocean. Walk a block and a half the other direction and there is the river! That means you can walk to SUNRISE at the beach, and SUNSET at the river. The reason that this home functions so WELL for guests is that WE use it as a vacation home, too. And that means it is well stocked with everything you might need - linens, dishes, pots/pans, SPICES and cooking/baking utensils. Fussy about your coffee? Use the French Press instead of the Mr. Coffee. Like smoothies? The Nutri-Bullet is calling your name. The grocery store (Publix) is a block away. Great restaurants and shopping also nearby. And hey, we get it, sometimes you still have to WORK when you are in paradise. That's why we have great high speed internet, a ring light, and an extra monitor - you can still work all day (if you must...) then relax at the beach in the evening. Guest access The entire home will be YOURS. Why cram into a hotel room when you can stretch out in a real home?? The house has great high speed internet/Wifi. TV s in the living room and bedroom mean one of you can watch sports while the others watch a movie. 2 road bikes are good for getting around, and beach toys are ready to go! Other things to note Prices are different for SPECIAL events: Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Daytona 500, Pepsi 400. For those times, rates are $1125 per week and $340 per night. There is no garage storage available for guests.
