Have fun with your family at our Lake Conroe Waterfront Condo! All of our favorite family memories have been on trips and getaways and we want to ensure that your family can share those same memories! We are located at Lodge of Walden Condo Complex. This is the perfect family getaway with tennis courts, 2 pools, a kids pool, & lake and golf course access. You will be steps away from the water with a 10 min drive to conroe and 30 minutes to The Woodlands. The space Our spacious condo is perfect for business trips, friends weekend, or family fun. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a master bedroom, and a loft bedroom with two daybeds and trundle beds that can be put together to queen beds. We are fully equipped with Wifi, two firestick TVs, and all the linens, towels, and accessories needed to feel right at home. Washer & Dryer are available in building but are not in the unit. Guest access Our home is easy to book with keyless entry, free parking, and boats are welcome! If you do want to bring a boat, please let us know in advance and send us your license plate so we can get you a trailer tag to ensure you do not get towed. Other things to note We do allow for 1 well trained pet to join, but we do require the pet feed to be paid and we must be notified before arrival. If you are interested we do have an early check in and late check out fee of $50, that we can offer when available. Please request this upon booking in order to guarantee that it will be available.
